High-tech equipment for highest efficiency

Besides various manual machines for individual processing of tools we also possess 4 high-tech five axis grinder machines. Each machine is equipped with special clamping systems, central oil feed and cooling.

These machines enable us to process the newest in drilling and milling technology including mills with different divisions and changing angles.

We use our CNC-Mashines for a couple of purposes: manufacturing individual or special tools and sharpening tools.

Starting with high-speed-drills over multi-station dies to millings cutters we process a varios range of cutting tools made from both carbide and high-speed steel.
