For CNC beveling we deploy an advanced five axis tool beveling machine which is controled by a computer interface. Therefore, the machine is able to position the grinder in every angle to the workpiece making it possible to produce even complex 3d outlines.

The tools are held in a special tool stack and are changed in as need. With CNC technology you can realize 3d beveling for complex 3d contours. It also makes possible an automatic production and reparation of tools with different diameters and small batch sizes.
